崖州灣科技城中央公園位於中國海南三亞，是整個新城區最核心的公共綠心。設計團隊以氣候模擬為基礎，精準回應當地高溫、濕熱的環境挑戰，透過通風廊道規劃、遮蔭與降溫設施的布置，以及雨洪管理的生態策略，營造出兼具清涼舒適與永續韌性的都市綠地。
 
作為一座大型城市公園，它面臨商業、辦公、社區與其他綠地等多重界面，我們特別關注人本的連結，強化步行與公共開放空間的可達性，並在不同界面上塑造各具特色的空間體驗。這使公園不僅是自然生態的承載體，更是促進社群交流、塑造城市品牌、展現未來新城典範的重要場域。

The Central Park of Yazhou Bay Science and Technology City in Sanya, Hainan, serves as the core green heart of the new district. Grounded in climate simulations, the design precisely responds to the region’s hot and humid conditions through the planning of ventilation corridors, the integration of shading and cooling structures, and ecological strategies for stormwater management, creating an urban landscape that is both comfortable and resilient.

As a large-scale city park, it engages with multiple urban interfaces—commercial, office, residential, and adjacent green spaces. The design places particular emphasis on human-centered connections, enhancing walkability and access to public open spaces, while shaping distinctive spatial experiences along each edge. In doing so, the park becomes more than an ecological foundation: it acts as a catalyst for community interaction, a driver of urban identity, and a model for the future development of the district.
